1/2 lb of Chicken Breasts
1 box of Ziti pasta
1 cup of parmesean cheese
1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs of brown sugar
1 tsp of parsley flakes
1 tsp of butter or olive oil
Well well, here we have some Worcestershire Chicken and some lovely pasta. Very simple fun, meal. The chicken was marinated for a day in Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, parsley flakes, seasoning salt, and garlic. I rubbed this all on the chicken then placed them in plastic bags and into the fridge. These were boneless, skinless chicken breasts which were small and pretty perfect.
I took the chicken out of the bag and transported them to the baking pan. On top, I added more Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar to give it a sweet, tangy flavor. I placed them in the oven on 350 degrees and let them cook until they were done. For the pasta, I grabbed a pot, added some water and salt until the water was salty. When the water boiled, I added the pasta and cooked it under they were done. To the pasta, I added some butter when it was done.
Serving: Served the chicken and pasta side by side with some Parmesan cheese.
There were no complaints and it was all gone with no leftovers for the next day.
